If my character is a Soldier/Guardian I put skills points into Treat Injury & Persuade until after you become a Jedi then put all skill points into Persuade to get the most money & XP out of people & quests. If your character is a Scout/Sentinel or a Scoundel/Consular, I like to put points into Repair & Persuade--Persuade for the reasons above & Repair to repair droids for a lower parts cost. A fully repaired droid can net you almost 1000 XP & it will fight for you too. Also a high repair skill will let you fully repair HK-47, making him stronger.
