Special Encounter: Phil |

In this encounter you'll meet Phil the Nuka-Cola Dude. He'll be riding around on
his bike, complaining about delivering Nuka-Cola. If you kill Phil (it doesn't
appear to cost you any reputation points) or rob him, you can pick up some
Nuka-Cola, some
molotov cocktails, and a bottle of
Fusion Cola.
Fusion Cola is a useful but temporary drug.
Also, you might have heard that if you have the
jet bike key (available for sale from mechanics after Newton), then you can steal
Phil's bike, but it's not true.
