Description
Veronica is a Brotherhood of Steel journeyman scribe who has been indefinitely assigned to the role of "procurement specialist," responsible for venturing out of the Brotherhood bunker to find and acquire resources that the Brotherhood cannot create on its own. Irritated by what she sees as the Brotherhood's unrealistic and uninformed views of themselves and the world, Veronica is a perpetual outsider caught between her loyalty to the Brotherhood and troubling doubts about the validity of their current course.
How to Recruit
You won't be very far into conversation with Veronica at the
188 Trading Post before she'll inquire about your thoughts on the Brotherhood of Steel. If she likes your answer, she'll hit the wasteland by your side.

- If you ask Veronica about her goals, then she'll tell you that she'd like a dress -- "something elegant and classy, you know?" There are lots of dresses in the Wasteland (including the
Pre-War Spring Outfit), but if you give her a fancy dress (including
Formal Wear or
White Glove Society Attire), then she'll teach you the Scribe Counter perk.
