Details: While exploring the first level of the caves, you'll may come across a Fungal Tome. Bring this book to Adria the Witch back in town and she will ask you to look for a black mushroom within the same vicinity as the book. Once found, return the mushroom to her, and she will tell you that Pepin the Healer has been working on an elixir that he needs a demon's brain for. She will ask you to bring her a sample of the elixir, so return to the labyrinth and slay a demon (any will do), then grab the brain from its corpse. Bring the brain to Pepin, who will give you the Spectral Elixir, which adds three points to all attributes when drank. Luckily, Adria no longer wants the elixir when you bring it to her, so it's yours to drink.
