This skill increases the level at which you cast charm spells. Charm spells include summon spells and a few others. Increasing spell levels tends to increase strength and duration of spells. If you enjoy casting a lot of spells, this skill may be of use to you. Pets also receive the benefits of this skill, meaning they will cast more powerful charm spells, especially summons.
