Did we miss anything during this quest? Is there something we didn't discover? Let us know!

When your Security skill is less than 40, you can receive training from the following NPCs:
  • Malintus Ancrus (Chorrol)
  • Samuel Bantien (Imperial City Talos Plaza District)
When your Security skill is between 40 and 70, you must seek further training from the following NPCs:
  • Dro'Shanji (Bravil)
  • Mandil (Imperial City Elven Gardens District)
Once you've learned everything you can from the second tier trainers, speak with either of them about "Training" to learn that a master trainer exists that can teach you the most advanced techniques the skill has to offer. You're told to consult J'baana, who is notorious around Cyrodiil for being "wise in the way of locks." He's currently a guest of the Legion at the Legion Headquarters, so that's where you're headed next.

Fast-travel to the Imperial City Prison district and head up the stairs to cross over to the back area. If you've showed up during the day, you'll typically find J'baana sitting near the tent in the southwest area. If it's toward dusk, he's usually sitting on the bench at the top of the stairs. When you ask him about training, he'll request that you travel to Bravil and speak with S'Krivva. Apparently she has a message for J'baana and he isn't going to train you out of the goodness of his heart unless you do something for him first.

S'Krivva's home can be found near Bravil's main gate. When you ask her about the message, she seems a bit surprised that you'd ask about it. She says that J'baana was informed already, but asks that you take a note to him anyway. She then proclaims that "it is not her fault" and swears that "the job" will be finished, whatever that may be. If you look at the note, it claims that three Prowlers were sent to Elsweyr and that some item should be acquired within the week.

It really doesn't matter what the note means. J'baana is disappointed with the message, but agrees to teach you what he knows about Security anyway. Take him up on his offer before he changes his mind.
