Seed-Neus is the charming Argon owner of the Northern Stores, just left of the southern gate into Chorrol. If you buy a house there (and it's the second nicest in Cyrodiil) she will become one of your best friends. But the first time you meet her, she will be agitated, because she has sent her lovely young daughter, Dar-Ma to deliver some stuff to a village called Hackdirt, and the girl hasn't come back. She tells you Dar-Ma went on her skewbald ("paint horse") called "Blossom". Dar-Ma adores her horse so if you find it, she won't be far away. When you agree to help her, she will mark Hackdirt on your map and recommend you start at the village store.

The owner of the shop, Etira Moslin, is unhelpful and suggests you try the village inn. The proprietor, Vlanhonder Moslin, is equally unhelpful, claiming that no young Argon ladies have stayed in his hotel recently. So you just have to search around the village, and you will soon find Blossom waiting patiently in an outhouse. Nearby you'll come across a trap-door in the ground.

After that the quest is fairly simple. Kill all the foul creatures in the caves until you find Dar-Ma. Tell her you have come to rescue her, but to stay where she is until you have knocked off the rest of the inhabitants (in case they ambush you and kill her before you get out). You can also go up into the cellars of all the buildings in Hackdirt while you're at it, and take away anything valuable. When the goblins etc are all dealt with, tell Dar-Ma to follow you, and lead her back out of the cave, by the same route as you came in. She will refuse to leave the village without Blossom, so you have to take her back to where her horse is concealed.

Back in Chorrol, there will be much rejoicing. Seed-Neus will give you some mercantile training (and can continue to do so until you reach a level beyond her experience - see Master Training Quests). She will also buy all the loot off you, although even she will haggle, so - if you have any of them - remember to put on your Robe of Glib Tongues, Boots of the Merchant, and/or Ring of Treachery before you start trading.
