Easy - give him/her a few magical items, good dexterity, and cast spirit armour (whichs lasts ages anyway). Kensai can be pretty much untouchable....

Where do you find banshees in Bg II/ToB? I can't find any at all, and where are shambling mounds in BGII (I found them in ToB).
