i found alot of skulls in dragon eye that gerth in kuldahar will give me a buck for...is that all there is to it or is there a need for the heads?

I'm at the end of the game and am trying to kill Belhifet (Poquelin as the demon). He won't die. I'm thinking it must be some sort of bug.
