fallen rangers and fallen paladins

hi ive just started IWD and was wandering-paladins and rangers are kool, but i like EVIL parties. But when i do something bad they always become fallen paladins and fallen rangers. Is this a problem? whats the difference? im so confused...

ok i've played iwd & i know what your talking about now when a ranger/paladin dose something bad they lose their paladin/ranger statis, the lose most(if not all) of their abilities and become fighters. so, if you want to play an evil party don't use rangers or paladins. it's simple

the only good thing about the Fallen paladan/ranger is the name... is sounds much better (the class does) for an evil party then a fighter.

(i think, i don't remember, but i think you keep the learned and ability spells... but like i said i don't remember)

If you just want fighters anyway, definately start with them as Paladins/Rangers...Fallen status does definately sound cool.
