You don't, actually. All you need to do is visit the Inn after completing the Gloomfrost Caverns and going to the barbarian camp again.

AFAIK, using the cheat console (is it CLUA?) isn't one of the things covered in the rules. It's not illegal or pirating the game.

Yeah, the Luck spell should counter the Bad Luck effect, but I don't think the Bad Luck effect is that bad and wears off quite quickly anyway.

I think Conlan's price for pelts is set to 50gp in all cases. It's probably unaffected by Charisma. It always starts at 50gp for me.
