This belt was uncovered in the Ring of the Gray Flames, a ruin on the edge of the Endless Wastes. Though its history is unknown, its powers (and where it was found) suggest the powerful item is of Raumathari origin.
The Raumathari were powerful evokers and enemies of Narfell and a handful of battlemages still study Raumathari arcana. As this belt bestows spells and powers an evoker might already possess, it likely belonged to a close ally of a battlemage instead of to the sorcerer who created it. |
