Occult Hunter Skill: Frozen Shrapnel
Frozen Shrapnel Cost: 3
Fires a shot that goes through all targets in a straight line. Each hit releases two ice fragments that fly off to either side potentially damaging other targets, but the main projectile continues on with 25% less force. Each skill level of Icicle Shot increases the damage by 5%.
