This quest will begin after you've picked up your second set of orders at the end of the Affairs of a Wizard quest. This time, you must kill every member of the Draconis family - Perennia Draconis, Matthias Draconis, Andreas Draconis, Sibylla Draconis, and Caelia Draconis. Lucien only knows the location of Perennia, though, so you'll need to do some investingating to learn the locations of the other four when you arrive at her farm, Applewatch.

Applewatch is straight west of Bruma, though it's rough terrain getting there and you'll find it difficult to move with a horse. When you arrive, you'll either find Perennia tending her garden or reading a book by her fireplace. If you tell her that you're looking for her children, she mistakingly thinks that you're a courier for some sort of gift service that she hired to bring gifts to all her children. She'll hand you a Draconis Gift List and 100 Gold, which will work perfect for tracking down the other four members of the family. Silence her (and her dog Jake if he gets in the way), then refer to the list to determine your next move.

The first one on the list is Matthias, who "mum" lists as living in the Talos Plaza district of Imperial City. You'll find his home in the southwest section of the district. If his door is locked, you can either pick it (hard difficulty) or wait until later in the evening (around 10:00pm) to gain free entrance. Sneak around his servant, Collatinus Vedius, then head upstairs and pay Matthias his final visit.

The second child on the list is Andreas, who owns the Drunken Dragon Inn (and lives there, too). "Mum" wants you to buy him some new glasses, but maybe an arrow in the neck will do? The inn can be located not far off the road that leads northeast from Leyawiin. The biggest problem you'll have here is that an Imperial Legion Soldier is apparently stationed inside. You'll either need to be very sneaky about the kill (the soldier likes to drink ale next to the fireplace - with his back turned) or wait until Andreas calls it a night (2:00am). When Andreas lies face down on the floor, you can move on to your next kill.

Your third mark is Sibylla, whom Perennia doesn't sound very pleased with. It seems that Sibylla wanted to become one with the animals and has abandoned the Empire to live as a savage amongst them in Muck Valley Cavern. The cavern in question lies just to the west of Lake Poppad, and shouldn't take you long to get there if you start your journey from Cheydinhal (or another location you've identified earlier). The cave isn't very big, but expect to be attacked by at least a few beasts before making it to Sibylla. The deranged Sybilla will attack you as soon as she sees you, so be careful as you enter the final cavern. Fire at her from a distance, and she'll fall in no time.

The final assassination is supposed to take place at Castle Leyawiin's barracks, but you may also find Caelia patrolling the city streets or on the second floor of the Three Sisters Inn. Where you find her depends on what time of day it is - she does spend a little time at the barracks during the day, but you'll typically find her at the inn or on patrol. To avoid a public display, your best bet is to confront her when she retires for the evening at the inn. Speaking with her reveals that she has plans to visit her mother, so help her expedite the vacation by sending her to the void immediately. If Caelia is the last of the family you needed to kill, then a popup message from your journal will tell you that your mission is complete.

After the entire Draconis family has been dispatched of, you'll need to make your way to the courtyard of Castle Skingrad. Immediately after arriving, you'll notice a stone well. Use it to find your 500 Gold reward and another set of instructions from Lucien. This will trigger the Broken Vows quest.
