How long does it take for the television reporter to engage your character in direct conversation if you're Malkavian?

I'm playing through the game with the Plus patch as a particularly sarcastic Nosferatu I named Jigsaw. I took the time to stop by the medical clinic and save Heather, but haven't seen her since. Did I miss something in using the sewers to get into LaCroix's tower rather than knocking on the door and ...

I'm definitely grateful for the Plus patch. I was just wondering if the new clans were anything besides stat adjustments for existing ones. Am I safe in assuming that there are no additional skins or models for the new clans, either?

After encountering the impaled & decapitated body in the Downtown warehouse, the conversation that follows with the bum appears to be bugged. There are no options for the bum to keep his mouth shut, and upon exiting the conversation, the character wanders over to the nearest corner of the warehouse ...

I will try starting a new game to see if the Plus patch applies there. My old save game, saved pre-Plus patch initially, also had my Ventrue running around without Blood Heal.

I have loaded plus patch 5.4 and still cannot find the pull toy when I slip into the Red Spot and take a look behind the beer cans. Is it under the palettes somewhere?

So we no longer get the Tal'Mahe'Rah blade from Yukie after we help her defeat the Hengeyokai?

I have looked all over the Red Spot for the pull-toy, including on top of the shelves and under the crates of beer/Red Bull in the back room, but there's no sign of it... is my patch (5.3) bugged, or am I just blind?
