So I return to my haven after dealing with the Giovanni, finding myself a bit peckish. I intended to ask my ghoul Heather about drinking a bit of her sweet vitae, but the only options I had were for her to change her appearance and to tell her I'm returning later. Will she no longer give me her blood willingly?

There are a couple of scripted occasions where you can drink Heather's blood. Depending on your progression, you should have the chance to feed on her again.

I'm not sure if Wesp's patches fixed it, but there used to be a bug where if you forcibly fed on Heather without her offering herself to you, she'd stay in the blood trance and wouldn't snap out of it.
