No Heather for Nos?

I'm playing through the game with the Plus patch as a particularly sarcastic Nosferatu I named Jigsaw. I took the time to stop by the medical clinic and save Heather, but haven't seen her since. Did I miss something in using the sewers to get into LaCroix's tower rather than knocking on the door and showing Chunk my devilish handsomeness?

She is standing in front of LaCroix' tower when you return from Elizabethan Rendezvous, yeah. She's put on the same location for every character, the game doesn't take into account that a Nosferatu normally doesn't go to that spot.

So you won't encounter her if you go up through the sewers. Just head up to the street and to the front door, she'll talk to you as always.
