Well they still stay at 6th. But yes they come of age...think multiple stoneskins, mirrored, defensive ( or offensive) spin, tensored...you have a nasty bugger thats real real hard to hit.

Try the back left corner of hte Adventurer's Mart. there's a female mage there that sells lots and lots of spells. :) Grab a thief like yoshimo, pump him with mastery thievery potions and clean her out :)

Nope because the idea of groups is to keep everyone alive :) ...and with big hitters like liches, it's real easy to lose someone. And at your level, I don't know if you have any rods of resurrections or anything like that, so if you lose someone they're gone for good. Where as if you go in solo, if ...

Oh and then the tag team took out the liche's double (simulacrum or project image or i dunno what it was) that decided to survive after that...

But dragons...oh my...I couldn't even do that with a full party. Suppose I'll try feeblemind cheesing hehe.

Although I have to say, my tag-team took out the daystar liche and both of em are at lvl 10-11

I'm currently taking a swash/cleric and Haer'dalis through the game. I've read some posts and other text about bosses and I'm starting to get a little antsy...seems like to take those down you need high level mage spells like sequencer, lower mr, time stop, habi az hakims or whatever they're called ...

1) Trap finding, Lock busting, Pickpocketing, Trap setting
2) Turn undead
3) Heals, holy smites, restores, ressurects, sanctuary/energy blades
4) Cloudkills, breaches
5) offensive blade powerhouse later on - melee
6) Two buggers that are really hard to hit
7) Fast leveling

How much slower is multiplayer than singleplayer...I'm an impatient guy

Although i don't think loading times is gonna make me solo a blade instead of doing the rogue tagteam im considering...

I was wondering what people think of this idea...I originally considered soloing a blade...people have said that its fun but I was worried that the lack of thief skills would make traps and the like kinda annoying...especially cause I'm new to BG2 and don't want to play the game knowing the layout ...

Thanks Bruce...and I'm intending on getting ToB before I start this ranger/cleric. Wait, if I start it before I get ToB, and I install ToB, will my cap get raised? OR would I have to start all over again?

And...how do proficiencies for the ranger/cleric multiclass work?...will I have enough to do ...

If I'm gonna multi, what's the benefits of ranger/cleric vs. fighter/cleric?

I'm guessing that the druid spells of the ranger will more than make up for the small loss of fighterish pros of the fighter/cleric...but I wouldn't be able to wear plate right?

Where can I buy cleric scrolls..especially lesser restoration and the negative plane protection scrolls?...im doing korgans npc quest...and those undead are really really annoying me with the level drain...

What weapon should I give my skald pc?...if he's doing songs (which i think is more beneficial than him missing adn whiffing with his weapons) the whole time, then whats the point of giving him weapons in teh first place...won't he just end up singing songs and casting spells in between songs anyway?

Where can I find Yoshimo if I didn't pick him up in the dungeon?...dang 300000 thats a lot
