After staging the "accidental" death of Baenlin and getting promoted to Slayer in the Blood of the Damned quest, Vicente tells you that your next contract will require an "expert in infiltration." You are to return to the Imperial City prison using the same tunnels you escaped through at the beginning of the game. Your target is the Dark Elf Valen Dreth, who you may recall as your trash-talking neighbor in the cell across from you. Vicente tells you that this will be an easy, pleasurable kill, and after hearing his comments before my escape, I'd have to agree. Accepting the contract actually concludes this short quest, and instead begins a new one called Scheduled for Execution.
