When your Blade skill is less than 40, you can receive training from the following NPCs:
- Right-Wind (Bruma Fighters Guild)
- Naspia Cosma (Castle Cheydinhal)
When your Blade skill is between 40 and 70, you must seek further training from the following NPCs:
- Rhano (Anvil Fighters Guild)
- Sherina (Leyawiin Fighters Guild)
Once you've learned everything you can from the second tier trainers, speak with either of them about "Training" to learn that a master trainer exists that can teach you the most advanced techniques the skill has to offer. This master of the blade is Alix Lencolia, and he just so happens to be passing through Cyrodiil. Rumor has it that he's recently been spotted at Faregyl Inn.
Faregyl Inn is along the Green Road to the northwest of Bravil, and you'll usually find Alix roaming around its main floor. He won't train you, though, if he doesn't know who you are. If your Fame or Infamy scores are less than 20, he'll ask that you come back when you are famous or infamous.
Once you meet Lencolia's requirements, return to him and he will have heard word of your deeds. He thinks you're both "peas in a pod" and offers to give you whatever training you need with a blade.
