Giovanni mansion question... SPOILERS.

Is there some sort of quest in the upper levels of the mansion? I've talked everyone in the place to death trying to get some "incriminating evidence" and have searched all the rooms I could, uncovering people receiving "services" from prostitutes and girls snorting off bathroom sinks... but no quest log changes. I always end up getting frustrated and killing all the vampires in the room.

What other quests are in the Giovanni mansion apart from finding the book and the sarcophagus?

You need a very high persuasion of 8 to 9 to get this evidence.

no other quests really unless like wesp said you have 8 or 9 persuasion.. the upper rooms in the house are around if you decide to sneak through the house or fight your way to get to the basement.. (assuming you couldn't talk your way in through the front door)

After completing the quest for the flesh eater in the hospital in downtown. She says the giovani have an artifact or something, where is it? Also does killing bruno help you in any way?

(Not sure if that is a spoiler about the flesh eater but it might be. How do you actualy hide text that are spoilers?)

Put "Spoiler Tags" <Spoiler> and </Spoiler>, replace <> with [] before and after the sentence(s) you with to hide (or click the S in the yellow box above the reply text area to have it inserted for you).

The item is located at

the secret lab room where the lift/staircase down to the catacombs is. It's at the far end of the room, you'll find it if you walk to the far right end after entering the room.

Checking the walkthrough in this site also helps.

Quest in the upper levels? Persuasion to get evidence? Looks like I missed a lot in the Giovanni mansion. I

did try to talk my way in, then I tried to get an invitation, eventually I took the invitation by force, everybody started shooting at me, and I ended up killing everybody inside and outside

. Found what I was looking for, and left.

But the upper floor was pretty much non-existent. A few big doors that couldn't be opened in any way, as I recall. And I did see a health bar from a Bruno, but after I'd killed everybody, it was still half full. So who is this Bruno and where can I find him?

Uncle Bruno is the boss of the LA Giovanni and he should be somewhere around summoning zombies and moving with celerity. If he's gone it might be a bug.
