Any tips on maximizing xp? (possible spoilers)

Hey there - first off wanted to say that I'm really happy that I rediscovered this game. Probably one of my favorite RPGs and the discs had been gathering dust on my shelf until I found out about the unofficial patch and mods available. Quite enjoying playing it again.

Anyhow, in an effort to get the most xp I could to experience the new disciplines, etc... I was wondering if there was a write-up on quests/xp rewards anywhere?

More specifically I'm *fairly* sure I know where to get all the quests (although I did miss Pisha on my first playthrough way back when) but what I'm mostly curious about are ways to get bonus xp from quests or situations where you can complete a quest 2 different ways for different rewards. Like fighting the zombies vs bringing Romero a hooker (does that result in different rewards?), the bonus for killing the werewolf and doing the museum without killing anyone.. The only other example I can think of offhand is the +2 for reuniting Therese/Jeanette (which requires seduction I think) but I'm sure there are others.

I was also vaguely thinking that you could use persuade in a couple situations to talk your way through quest dialogue for bonuses but I may be way off on that. Anyhow, if anyone had any general strategy that they use when playing through the game in terms of more rewarding ways to complete various quests, I'd be interested to hear it.

"reuniting" Jeanette and Therese is the max amount of XP you can get. Also, you don't need seduction, but you do need persuasion, and a good bit of it. But not really maxed.
I don't know if you do get more Xp for not killing guards at the museum, or not. What you may want to do is read through a few walkthroughs and get a better feel for things. What you really get from Romero when you fight the zombies is his rifle. I'm not sure of the amount of xp you get.
