Sabbat Warehouse, stealthy

Ok, so it was written that a completely stealth approach to this mission would not only avoid the usual endless slaughtering of kine, but also these annoying sabbat you find on your way out.

So, I stealthed my way into the office, stealth killed everyone on the way in (which happens to be the exit route as well), feeding of those unlucky bastard that were far away from their comrades and made sure the way out was mostly clear. Now, I plant the Astrolite and then lead my shadow away from the building, without being bothered by Sabbat. Until I come to a locked door. Normally one of their gangrels makes his appearance and the door unlocks when you're through with him. But, no gangrel, door locked.

Is this at all a possible alternative?

You can get out of that building by jumping on top of a train and then crawling out.
