Crash in a conversation..

Well,I'm done with tremere so I decided to play with the insane malkavian.But when I first meet Heather Poe,she talks to me 'help me' or something and I get the quest but when I press 1(I will find healing) to end the conversation,the game crashes.Is there a way to skip a conversation?I couldn't find such a console command for this.I never had a crash problem with my tremere.Thanks
