Running problem...

Hello,
I'm new in this forum and this is my first post :p
I have problem with Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines.
Firs i have problems with engine.dll file but i make it work, but now i have another problem, when I press New Game and the character creation options apper i have about 3-5 sec's before my pc restart. It's first game that apper this problem.
My pc:
- grafics ATI x1650
-sound Realtek ac97
-motherboard Soltek SL-75FRn2-L
-1gb of ram
-Processor AMD Athlon 2600
- Windows XP professional SP3

Pls help

For these sorts of issues you are better going to the Activision support pages.

This long convoluted link should take you to the appropriate section.

The only advice I can give you is to make sure you are patched up-to-date with the official patches and maybe also try the unnofficial patches after that. The unpatched version of the game had some notorious bugs - including a bug where the game could not be completed.

Gamebanshee forum's are great for general game bugs, but an errror where your PC restarts sounds like a serious hardware issue - and you should probably seek advice from the more tech savvy i.e developer's support pages and forums.
