Stucked in Nosferatu Warrens, Level Three

so i've killed the spider beast... but i can find my way from here.

i've read the walktrough but cant really find it out. the ledge i walk up.. just lead to some kind of upper floor.. and i cant find anything behaind any of the barrels.

plx someone help me... i love this game... and just must see how things turns out

If you are where i think you are...heres where you need to go....

Has you enter that room, the "spider beast"(Tzimisce Creation) will appear, after you kill it, turn left, theres a small ledge on the wall, and theres an air vent on the wall...jump to the ledge, and break the air vent....
