cutscene crashes, aaaargh!

It happened to me lots of times, especially in Hallowbrook Hotel and when Beckett catches me on the way to the Last Round but this time the cutscene crash at the end of Italian Dinner quest (Giovanni Mansion) and it's making unable to teleport to Ventrue Tower and finish the quest, moreover I can't go anywhere and do anything!.

I've installed the unofficial 6.0 patch, I'm reloading it over and over but it doesn't seem to work at all. I also tried reconnecting via console but it makes questlog empty, reduces all the points of experience and even changes sex of my character!

Is there any other way to skip the cutscene? Help!

A couple of questions. 1) Are you using any other mods with this? 2) Did you try and play the sound files for the game? 3) What version of the game were you playing before you updated?

1) I've only got glasses from female tremere removed, heather reskinned and that's all
2) I didn't understand that but I don't think so
3) 5.9 unofficial patch

Oh and I tried many times with all unnecessary programs shut but it didn't help either

Within the game's directory, there are sound files to the game, such as music. If you play them, the game will crash the every time that sound file is used.

Well while gameplay the backround music plays itself and I don't open it to listen to as normal mp3 music if it's about it. Should I delete them or something?
