Got a bug in "And Her Name Was Venus" quest, "spoiler"

Post by Foss »

Will post this in black text:

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but in the misq quest "And Her Name Was Venus" in Downtown, where you need to persuade a russian mobster to stop bothering a club owner named Venus.
Basicly you just need to kill Boris in the hotel.
The problem I have is when I open the door to Boris's room, it starts to automatically move me into the room and then I get in dialog with Boris, where he sais "What the Hell?" in russian, and the only thing I can say is "I do not have a valid reply".

Now, that leaves the dialog option and I can then kill him, but when I then open his door again to get out of his office, I just get stucked. I can't move.
The same happens if I try to open the door before I kill him.
I do though get the quest completed if I kill him. Even though according to the walkthrough I should have gotten some other reply options when he talks to me.

Not sure if it has happened to anyone else. I am using the 5.0 unofficial patch.
Atleast its just a misq quest, so I seem to be able to skip it.

Edit: Also, not sure if its a bug aswell, but I have a persuassion of 4 and there is no way to get past the guard outside Boris office without killing him.

Did you per chance continue an older saved game after updating to 5.0?
