Kobolds, ne? Having just gotten Baldur's Gate yesterday, I had my first encounter with Kobolds today. They turned tail and ran before the might of Elysia Moonstar and her rather chaotic, if not insane, party of adventurers!Originally posted by Kayless:

Your insolence towards the majestic kobolds has angered Dorfmuu, for I am the all-powerful kobold god of the outer planes! I will force you to see the splendor that is inherent to the glorious kobold! FEEL MY WRATH PUNY MORTAL!!! *starts playing John Tesh, Kenny G, and Michael Bolton songs*</STRONG>

Just wait until you get to the Firewine Bridge. They’ll get their revenge on you there.Originally posted by Sailor Saturn:

I think most folks are already familiar with the term Uncle in that context.Originally posted by leedogg:

Just met him a bit ago. At this very moment, I'm on my way to the Gnoll stronghold after vehemently refusing to work for with that Red Wizard. *kwacks Edwin upside the head with her Silence Glaive* How dare he think I'd travel with such vile company!Originally posted by Aegis:

Neither do I. I actually like the music of John Tesh, Kenny G, and Michael Bolton. But since popular prejudice makes them out to be substandard, I thought my joke would be more mainstream with them as the instruments of torture.Originally posted by Sailor Saturn:

Wow. Is there anyone else besides me who played the games in their proper order?Originally posted by Aegis:

I'm guessing you assumed that Aegis and I have played BG2 and are just now getting around to getting the first Baldur's Gate, ne? I don't know about Aegis, but I haven't played BG2. In fact, until I got BG, the only one of these PC RPGs I had played was Icewind Dale, which takes place chronologically before Baldur's Gate when Drizzt was still in the Underdark.Originally posted by Kayless:
