Glitches in clothing, am I going crazy?

By now ive gotten used to see my characters' clothes get messed up when I jump or attack. Whenever a character wears a "robe" type model, like most female armors, or long male overcoats, they glitch when you perform certain maneuvers, and the clothing appears to get stuck in various patterns. Sometimes the effect appears almost realistic, but its annoying overall, and clearly unintended.

Reason im posting this is, I cant remember for the life of me that this used to happen back then. My first character was a Ventrue, and i dont recall at all his long coat ever looking messed up. Obviously now my install is quite old and has been patched, unofficial patched, tweaked, modded, and patched some more. I dont believe Ive ever messed with models, except perhaps a Jeanette mod once. But its not impossible that this glitch appeared somewhere along the line...

So, simple question, do these long overcoats/dresses glitches also happen to all of you, or is there something wrong with my install?

My Tremere Female's LBD hitches up in the back sometimes like it got temporarily stuck in her pants. The same happens to the Lady in White at The Asylum, and to any number of others. The tighter-fitting it appears, the less likely it is to do that, but I've seen the whole "Marylin Munroe" deal any number of times, on my PC or any number of NPCs. It's always been that way, even before the 1.2 patch. I don't sweat the small stuff.

What I find odd is that your Ventrue didn't do it, but I don't play them much (Umm. once), and the ones I see don't generally manifest the effect as pronouncedly as the female characters. Not surprising - a Trench-coat (even a stylish one) is typically a lot heavier than the skirts many of these PCs/NPCs are wearing. I suspect there is nothing wrong. You're just noticing something you didn't notice before.
