Gone Fishing

Gone Fishing (spoilers)

No issues so far except here, I'm running 3.1...

I get to China Town, and try her door and it's locked...
(I check here and the patch notes and it's okay, normal)

I talk to the Priestess Lady in the Temple and announce myself.

Now the door is unlocked to Yukie, I speak with her she sends me looking for clues.

I speak with the Priestess Lady again in the Temple and she tells me a name.

I speak with the guy in the Red Dragon (?) and set up a meeting for later that night.

I go back to Yukie and the door is locked.

I check back after Kiknapped, locked, I check back after each main quest and it's still locked, I booted my Picking to 10 just to be curious and she's not in there.

I'm at the start of the Giovanni quest now and it's still locked. I read somewhere that if Yukie was not waiting for you at the Fish market at the start of this mission that you couldn't do it after, any suggestions?

(Yukie is not waiting at the fishmarket and the fishmarket is locked.)
(The person at the Red Dragon is gone, having already spoken to him.)
(The Priestess Lady has no dialog for the Fishie quest, having already spoken to her about it.)

Anyway to clear the quest and restart it? I'd really like the sword, not to mention she's one of the neater characters as brief as she is in the game from what i hear.

Would love to help her avenge her master.

I expect that there is one quest you didn't try. Speak to Ox at the White Cloud about an eye harvest. I think you have to clear the gangsters out of the back before starting the Gone Fishing quest for it to work right.

After finishing "Eye Harvest" the door was unlocked and I told her about the meeting, the quested continued normally.
