I managed to get 7hr 41min, by just runing away from the enemies and going to the next objective, it`s fun. :)

There was a film, where some guy makes it through the game in less than four hours - it is available to download on some speedruns site, but I can't recall the name of it...

I just finished today in 6h57m. It usually takes me around 18 hours if I do all the side quests. One trick is to run past as many of the fights as you can (I did the Star Forge location by myself so my companions wouldn't slow me down).

That was with a soldier/guardian, light side.

I will never understand why rushing thru a game is considered an 'accomplishment'. I'd much rather take my time and enjoy the experience rather than do it the quick way. :p

Can't agree more. It's not like we're in a competition or something. If it's a multiplayer game, I understand but since this is a single-player game, I see no point in rushing through the game. I'd rather play at my own pace than to rush it, in my opinion.
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

Still, this is what the thread-starter wanted to measure. As it's about the game, and not arguing with anybody, let's allow the topic to stand, and those to post here who will.

So let's get the topic back on track. No other posts either arguing against this approach, or defending it. Thanks.

Force Storm

I suppose one way to help speed up the game would be to zap everyone with electricity. This would be handy in big fights with lots of enemies.

I think the fastest time i ever did was around 9 hours. This doesnt include the Level 20 Endar Spire glitch/cheat (whatever) but it will be interesting to see how fast it can be done if i do this again.
