Uh... yeah... I seem to have spooked the poor guy in the lobby when I first came to town, now he won't talk to me. Would a boost in charisma or something help him to relax?
By the time I realized i needed his help, the auto save that would have put me back to the start of hollywood was already gone.
I suppose it would help if I mention I'm playing as a toreador.

I drained him before this quest was given and he wouldn't talk to me any more. I think I read that you can off him and his thin blood buddy at the beach and still complete the quest. Otherwise its a reload. Note VVs rewards are not that great and all you lose out on is a little atmosphere and a few experience points.

The only time you can get the script and his collaborators name, is when you first persuade(or threat him) to give it to you, then you must intimidate him to get you his collaborators name, sorry,, its the only way...
