What is the total number of Henchmen you can have?
Although I saw in the Player's Handbook that you can have two people in your party, I want to think that it means "two people in addition to you".
However, I can only get 1 other person to come with me in my travels.
Does someone know if this is the limit and if not, what I can do to get more than one henchman?
Thanks!

This might be a bug in the game since I managed to have 4 henchmen with me at the begining of the game.
I first took Dekin along, then ressurected Sharwyn and the others one by one. But it could have been removed with the update by now.
At the end however, 3 is max I think

Without resorting to bugs the most henchmen you can have is two.
You can also have a summon, and familiar, and animal companion and a golem (I think it's in place of the summon, can anybody confirm?).

[QUOTE=The Great Hairy]Three? I was under the impression that two henchies was the max, unless you had a plugin installed which allowed more. Am I mistaken? I've only ever finished the game with two henchies.

You are right, my bad.

You CAN have three henchmen, but only when...
[*SPOILER*]
... at the end of chapter 1 of HotU the female drow joins your party and you have two henchmen (maybe Deekin and one of the others like Linu, Tomi, etc). But it's a very short moment because after you free Halaster he allows you only Deekin and the female drow.
