Well my choice of topics was between:
NASCAR
Battlebots/Robot Wars
Tekken
Depeche Mode
SYM history (But I would be at a disadvantage)
Football (Well there are a lot of members that know a ton about football)
Game Shows
New Wave Music
US History

So it basically went to NASCAR, cause thats my biggest specialty that could be fun to learn about, and is broad enough for everyone to enjoy.

So Ysh is gonna come up with a category now, but what about McB? If he doesn't cough up, would it be a good idea to have a General Knowledge category? (tries desperately to avoid the hair bands

I didn't know I was supposed to pick a category. How bout, Geography of the Forgotten Realms? Or LOTR, (the books, not the movies, or 80's "hair" metal bands?

Stop at the word Geography, and only geography, and Im happy.

I wouldnt mind hair bands, though. I know a little bit about them. Besided, BS would get a field day asking us the questions he knows that no one else does.

I would go for Forgotten Realms geography, unless others object. My second choice is LOTR, then bad hair bands.... (What is Poison, Alex?
