Heh, you don't have an "ö" for Björk.I think she is one of the few pop musicians who really does something innovative. I also like her lyrics.

if we can get Minerva etc in here then maybe someone can correlate Musical taste, Religion, Gaming habits and Spamming tendencies to find out a formula for the archetypal SYMmian's personality...
Mmm, I'm not sure if there is the archetypical SYMmians. The best part of the SYM is that most of us are so different, I think.Originally posted by frogus

I'll say! Wow, there are actually some people other than Sleepy around now who've heard of British bands...Posted by Mr Sleep:
That is possibly the most unexpected one so far I am a bit of a fan myself actually[/b]

1)Radiohead yeah **** I know it's a bit cliched and cheap but I'm from oxford so I'm allowed to like oxford bands no matter how big they get
this is just my current taste although I'm also a fan of oldish skool hiphop....Public Enemy, Run DMC etc and other ninja tune stuff apart from what I said above...roots manuva....ever seen him live anyone? but also more mainstream rock...MUSE, Soulwax, Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, SFA.....yeah I am also a Portishead fan....Bjork, umm well. Vespertine is a work of genius no doubt, but I dunno if this is just a passing faze...I don't know if she is always becoming better and bettr, so her next album will be amazing, or if she is just changing, so her next album could be awful...oh yeah, and the Rolling Stones.
No, I like Nick Cave... But if I was saying "Me too" to everyone who mentioned a band I like, I'd be here all day...Originally posted by VoodooDali
Am I the only Nick Cave fan at SYM???
So did I (though different festivals, one presumesOriginally posted by Tamerlane
I saw her at a festival last year. She was amazing, even though she wasn't on the main stage.
Seems unlikely, but you never know...Originally posted by Tamerlane
I would assume also, unless I made wrong turn going to the festival and ended up in England. I doubt it though.![]()
She sure as hell surprised me as I didn't know exactly what to expect. Can now call myself a fan.
