you might be able to kill it quite easily with a weapon/spell that deals electric damage, it takes 1-2 shots out of a tesla gun (10-80 ED) to kill...

Why not just click on the junk pile and transfer the stone to your inventory? Make sure you have enough room in your inventory before.
