if you're on PC, you can just do the "enablenamemenu" thing on the console (~ key), which'll reset your magic menu. The problem with this, though, is that you'll lose all of your spells as well as any permanent abilities you may have gained during quests. So, if doing buisness in Ald'Ruhn is worth ...

Uhhhhhh, did any guards actually catch you and talk to you before you got to the fort? Because, if so... you might have the death penalty, Basically, if your bounty is too high and you get caught by a guard, they'll all just attack you from then on. It happened to me once (but only with guards in ...

I've never played an Orc myself, but I know quite a few people who did, and they all seemed to gear towards combat. That said, there's an Orc traveling with me at the moment (CM companion project V2.8), and even though he's a 4 levels behind me (level 68 :D ), he can still kick my arse in single ...

Well....uhhhh..... I chose Vivec, but that's probably because I've got a few mods running on it (modified interiors, market stalls in the streets, a bit larger population, etc.). In unmodded boringness, I'd probably pick Sadrith Mora, because while I enjoy the hustle and bustle of a big city, being ...

There was this one time, I had to *cough* clear out all the Redoran house members in Bal Isra *cough*, and the way it was executed was pretty insanely awesome. Basically, I ran through the door, and whipped a few enchanted ebony shuriken (plus 40 something fire damage) at the guy at the desk, which ...

It's been 5 years, I've been Argonian the whole time :D . I guess it's just because, like Argonians, I'm only loyal to my real friends, and, just like the Argonians and the Firstguard, I kick ass. And then Oblivion came along and denied the one thing that really defined Argonians: spears :(

Sorry to say it, but I think there's only beer mods out there at the time being. If those are worth anything, you can just look up "beer" on planet elderscrolls. The only other drink mod I've come across is "swamp oil", but that's for argonians, since it's heavily poisonous. Unless you're an ...

My first and only argonian character was a warrior/ spellcaster, and things worked out fine for him. He ended up having sort of a three-way split personality
(two thirds good, as it were), and so he was in a few factions with conflicting views (eg. Temple and House Telvanni)

Really, you should ...

You can max out the allignment of your crystal at low levels, but it also levels in power with you, meaning that the stronger you get, the stronger your crystal gets, so the answer there is more or less a no.

As for the second, I think that the question sorta answers itself. If putting a darkside ...

Probably the freakiest thing ever for me was when I was traveling in Witchwood this one time..... when I was walking along at like 1 in the morning, I hear a few "ARGH!"s and screams and stuff up the road, so I run towards them, and before I hit this corner, a trader's body flies out from behind ...

Errr..... depends what kind of companion you've got with you. If (s)he's from a mod, then you'll probably have the option of "companion share" under the persuasion option in the dialog menu. If that's the case, you'll be able to move items back and forth between your inventory and theirs (just like ...

Tauren or Orc?

I'm at this point about 95% sure that I'm gonna get WoW for Christmas (and if I don't, I'm still gonna buy it anyways), so I've been thinking ahead. Of all the races to choose from, I'm positive I'm going for either an Orc or a Tauren, but I'm really torn over which one to choose. If someone could ...

Recording 360 footage

A friend of mine asked me to post this (I dunno why he didn't create an account himself....). This friend has oblivion and wants to post some footage on youtube or something, but he's on xbox 360 and doesn't have one of those video capture cards (the ones that cost like $60). So, the question is: is ...

In the end, I would probably not recommend oblivion at all. When I first heard about oblivion, I bought a new 512mb video card for about $130 (I have no idea how that's even possible, so don't ask). When I got oblivion itself though, I was really disappointed. While the graphics were sweet ...

Errr.... at any point, did you open the character creation screen via console to change something about your character? If you do that (even once), you lose all your spells and special abilities and have to go get them all over again.

errr..... mostly exploiting places that generate enemies (sith tomb on dxun, for example) for insane amounts of experience. That, and as a sith, I kill just about everything I can :mischief: . There wouldn't be much point to a level cap if you could never reach it
