Well, thanks. I wasn't asking for a quest walkthrough, but your suggestion is appreciated.

I assumed that Mercurio would be whimpering on his couch until he got the drugs, but it isn't so. I waited to collect the morphine due to low lockpicking, and to my surprise, he was alive and well on the beach in Santa Monica. At this point I checked the logs and saw I'd failed the quest.

I can't ...

Through no obvious fault of my own, I've failed one quest (Deliver morphine to Mercurio) and missed out on another (Investigating the plague for Strauss).

I'm wondering specifically if its possible to activate or regress these quests, and more generally, what are the useful commands to monkey ...
