When you first look at Irenicus's stats being level 30 or so and casting level 9 spells you know its going to be a big battle for you, but think of the battle he was going through. Even tho he is an extremely high level he was still beatable by your party...maybe the expansion will be like bg2 ...

Easiest way is to use yoshimo and just set traps put your party at the stairs and move just close enuf for torgal to attack but the trolls dont... then run... torgal should die just from trap damage( u need about 4 traps)

I had that problem once but at the beginning of the game... i just exported the guy then restarted

You definetly want 18 int not so sure about thw wisdom i find sorcerers alot less of a headache then memorizing all that junk and having to get scrolls

A Sorcer(human) give him a robe make the major color blue and the minor gold (the cape looks really neat)

I've done it a few times some high level mages appear its a fairly easy battle

Depends, I know my sorc could take a fighter if he's across the map basically if you have your spell triggers down it wont be much of a fight... and if you have time stop its about impossible for the fighter...

I beat the game with a sorcerer you definetly want the sequencers, magic missle... lower resist, and abi dhalzims... Once you get those spells you can take just about anything
