Fun with Pestilence

Ok, cool thanks guys. now i have another problem. i refered to the walkthrough about 50 times to make sure i have the right door, but after tin can bill dies, and you go into the sewers, it says to pick the lock of the door, and theres only one door so im assuming thats it ...

I'm having a bit of a problem with this quest. I've gotten to the part where I set the astrolite, but I can't seem to figure out how to backtrack the heck outa there! I keep running into locked doors, and the big garage door is closed. Help plz!
