Well while gameplay the backround music plays itself and I don't open it to listen to as normal mp3 music if it's about it. Should I delete them or something?

1) I've only got glasses from female tremere removed, heather reskinned and that's all
2) I didn't understand that but I don't think so
3) 5.9 unofficial patch


Oh and I tried many times with all unnecessary programs shut but it didn't help either

It happened to me lots of times, especially in Hallowbrook Hotel and when Beckett catches me on the way to the Last Round but this time the cutscene crash at the end of Italian Dinner quest (Giovanni Mansion) and it's making unable to teleport to Ventrue Tower and finish the quest, moreover I can't ...

After killing Andrei I went to the sewers, took ledger and clipboard but I went out to finish this later and now I've no access to that area (I've checked the sewers in Hollywood and Downtown but it isn't there).
