Many thanks - i saved a slot right before I jumped in; was just hoping...

Has anyone figured out how to climb out of the black swamp? I dropped in to grab one of the good swords before getting the password and haven't found a spot to climb back out.

I checked all the climbing maps I could find and haven't seen a spot on them either.

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks very much for the explanation. I had looked at the page but didn't find a match. The real problem is that I don't understand how rune magic works. In fact, there is a lot I don't understand yet. But it is nice to have 56M gold pieces now.
