I've always been into Paladins myself, and I've got to agree, I almost miss the challenge of Bg1 and Bg2, ToB seemed to get excessive in that you mowed through everything that wasn't Melissan.

If you kill irenicus/bodhi/fallen solar and leave her nasty slayer ass alone, she'll revert to normal form and rejoin you, with the ability to change into the slayer =)

For a while they were saying Warcraft 3 would never happen too.

Were you a jackass to him while he was in your party or something?

Whenever he's been with me, or even spoken up at all, he told Melissan to **** off and that my main had showed him what life was really about.

I did however screw up the balthazaar thing, so ...

Nalia behaves kinda strangely in TOB.

Haer'Dalis owns quite nicely with Melodic chain and Bladesinger Chain +5.

He can cast all his wizard spells in those armours, making him a true tank-mage, I love having him rip people up with the equalizer and angurdival +5, then breach that mage who just contingincied a stoneskin/mantle.

Well here's the best part..when you cut off the first pool..you're *supposedly* immune to death magic =p

I had the ring of influence on, and I thought I did all the right dialogue but I'm assuming since he committed suicide that its not going to happen.

On top of that, I have to fight him when Melissan summons the five again. what a trip.

Worked on the final battle for half an hour, with Ascension installed, constant pausing to make sure I know whats going on, and when I get Melissan down to Injured , with yaga and send still running around, she arbitrarily pops a finger of death that kills my main.

Needless to say I'm not touching ...

How do I get Balthazaar to fight with me, after I've converted him?

He committed suicide, and I've seen the opportunity to get Bodhi..although she didn't seem to want to join me.

Try installing Ascension, supposedly it changes the entire final battle with Melissan, you can get it at the planet baldurs gate files place.

Well I searched the entire dungeon, and then I closed the main entrance door (that I had been opening and closing to sift through the hoard of statues - cheasy I know) and when I closed it, 2 statues popped out..odd..they had been stuck behind the door I suppose =)

Make sure you d/l the newest patches..alot of the dialogues get stuck and dont come properly, when I re-loaded an old game with Sarevok and Imoen in the party, they started going off about *spoiler*

Imoen: Getting Bhaal spawn powers and asking you if you feel that same urge to tear people apart ...

..Or whatever his name is come and tell you that the true Harpers are ok with Jaheira..does that mean the romance will not continue in TOB since it technically didn't finish in SoA?

I've got a problem on the 1st level..I've killed all the statues but the gnoll statue has vanished..its not stone and I haven't killed it, I've searched every nook and cranny for the statue, and the portal wont let you go until the statue is killed.

1st question is will it repop so I can just re-do ...

Pretty sure you had to turn Jaheira away, Viconia as well if you have her in order to advance in the relationship with Aerie.

I dont know what the reaction is to sleeping with Phaere..maybe Viconia and Jahiera can forgive you, I dont know, but you can get out of sleeping with Phaere by saying ...

Ok cool so it does work properly, your offhand weapon damage and stats do factor in, not just the equipped effects.
