Does anybody know if the Wizard spell Clarity would protect against Fear? The description of the spell states that is can be used to protect against "mind-affecting" effects.

If not, then can someone offer some suggestions as to something that will help when making a Fear check? I hear that items ...

Champion of Torm Level 5
Wizard Level 4

STR - 23
DEX - 18
CON - 20
INT - 22
WIS - 10
CHR - 14

The above stats are with buffs.
