The Infernal City

Has anyone read this yet? I got mine in the post today but I won't be reading it for a few days once I finish what I'm reading already (Belgarath The Sorceror). I'm looking forward to it but I do have a few pre-read gripes about it.
It seems a little clichéd plot wise: A floating city of evil, a ...

Broken Steel Query

Just a quick question, and one I'm pretty sure I know the answer to anyway but still: I've just started the Broken Steel quests and was planning to work my way through the full set but then I had a niggle. The game DOES stay open ended once you complete the quest doesn't it? I mean it doesn't finish ...

I've just finished Point Lookout and, before I played it, I just thought you were being overly dramatic. My apologies.

I was level 13 and my combat shotgun made barely any impact on the Tribals that attack in Calvert Mansion at all. I tried tunning past them and SPOILER blowing up the red boilers ...

Yeah last time around I blew up the bomb just to see what happens (and to try using TPT as a home instead of Megaton)

The resulting explosion is dead impressive ...

I'm pretty sure it's the alignment thing that's important not the completion of Strictly Business like the man said.

The latter, but you'll probably reach level 25-26 just by playing Broken Steel.

Yeah I thought as much thanks.
It just seems like a lot of waste. For me, personally, a lot of the fun goes out of the game once I stop gaining XP and I generally just start again with a different character. I ...

Broken Steel Level Cap

I don't yet have Broken Steel and was wondering about, yes, the level cap.

My current character was level 20 a while ago and since then I've been tracking down all of the bobbleheads (I'm up to 17 so far). I've been doing this for a good while and would have racked up a fair few XP's for it if I'd ...

Falls Church

Not far from the the Falls Church Metro (near where Paladin Hoss is fighting Supermutants) I found a building called L.O.B Enterprises. It doesn't show up on the word map and can't be discovered.
Spoiler I suppose: It's mainly populated with Robobrains, Protectrons and Mr Gutsy's. I was level 10 ...

You're meaning the Red Pass and Blue Pass? I wondered what they were for too.

I read in Xbox magazine that they don't do anything but are a nod to Doom. I've not played Doom, or the earlier fallouts if what other people say is right, so I can't verify but it's answer enough for me to stick them in ...

I've not tried repairing the robots but I have stumbled axcross a couple of defunct security robots around the back of big town. I dunno if they're just scenery or the ones you're looking for.

I spend the majority of the game in Red's Bandana, it looks alright and doesnt cover the face up like some of the other hats and stuff.
The blastmaster helmet can be handy sometimes too though I never wear it for any length of time.

I played once using Megaton and once using Tenpenny Tower. I liked Megaton better. You can repair there, the caravans stop there, and you can turn in scrap metal there. But there are a bunch of merchants in the game. You can always head to Rivet City to sell stuff.

Possible spoilers ahead.

I've yet to side with Mr Burke in the Power Of The Atom and how much of an impact to the game doing so makes?
