Q: I have a question concerning mounts. I have crafted saddlebags for my mount. My mount already has 2 and I wanted to add 2 more. I can't figure out how to add them. I tried dropping them on the horse, putting them in the slot where the other 2 are both to no avail. I tried this both mounted and unmounted and with custom and non-custom ui. I asked and everyone told me the same thing, open the mount window and drag them over. No luck. I'm sure it is something silly I am overlooking. Please help. Also is there anyway to remove saddlebags from horses?
A: You need to /use the saddlebags to activate them. Note that you must meet the champion level requirement to do so. The Left Front Saddlebag, which activates slots 1-4, requires CL2. The Right Front Saddlebag, which activates slots 5-8 requires CL3. The Left Rear Saddlebag, which activates slots 9-12, requires CL4. The Right Rear Saddlebag, which activates slots 13-16, requires CL5.
There is no way to remove a saddlebag from a horse. They will transfer from one mount to another. The items stored inside will remain there for you to retrieve as well.
