City of Villains Reviews

A couple of new reviews are now online for NCsoft and Cryptis Studios' newly released City of Villains. The first is at InsidePulse with an overall score of 7.5/10:
What other site will rave about a game and then only give it a 7.5? Hey, tough but fair, man. Seriously though, this game was one point shy of getting rounded up to an 8.0. It really is worth playing, and I think that most of you will thoroughly enjoy it. You get a 30-day free trial with your purchase, so if you decide you don't like it you can always cancel your subscription. But $15 for a month is nothing these days, especially for almost unlimited gameplay (barring occasional patches and maintenance). Hell, you can't even buy a ticket to a movie with popcorn and soda for less than that, and it only lasts a few hours.

And the second is at Gamers Europe with an overall score of 8.0/10:
Like any new MMO, it's sometimes a good idea to wait a while before you buy to let the economy get started. I myself intend to wait until mid-winter. By then the frost will (hopefully) have taken care of the bugs. NCSoft are only charging a single fee for both games and it's not often you get a buy one get one free with MMOs. It is indeed possible to play two MMOs at the same time, provided they are City of Heroes and City of Villains. It will take you twice as long to get sick of both, so go for it.
