Logram Eyegouger war banner

ok, I have another question for somebody. I just killed Logram Eyegouger. However his body doesn't disappear like the other orcs. How does one get the war banner, if his body is still there?

Just click on his body. You'll get it ok. Just don't expect some sort of flag...
