Tomb Raider the game is a real disappointment, it's just a Doom clone taken into 3rd person view game and give some 3d enhacement you got Lara jumpin' shootin' :p
TR the movie mmmmm haven't seen it but Angelina as Lara ? Not my type ! :p :p :p

@Jennabard, hey, don't denigrate men! Tomb Raider is aimed squarely at 14-17 year olds who can't get dates. Men, as such, have better things to do with their quality sexual time than look at computer-animated T&A games. :D

Speak for yourself! Give me T&A games over... what was that other choice.. quality sexual time... umm... never mind,... I withdraw my statement... Fable is right ;)

Cartoon Law III
Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Never did like games a la N64 run, jump, shoot...run, jump, shoot...ad nauseum  .

But, I did see a site once where someone had hacked TR so that Lara ran around topless   (probably something Jolie won't do in the movie :p ).

I'll see the movie (after it comes out on video) just because I like adventure flicks. ;)

The best thing about the TR movie is the video by U2 for the film, they have inserted The Edge into a bunch of clips from the film, very  and :D

I've never played any of the Tomb Raider games (wasn't into action games at the time, especially those that require you to play from the 3rd person perspective ), so I won't comment on the subject at hand :p ;) :)

it's just too bad that Jolie win the aprt for Croft, I think she's too ragtag for the part. She miss the sexy part. Who do you think is best to play crofts role ?

Too ragtag, @Kid? Not sexy enough? You can get away in a computer game with having exaggerated breasts that look like they could each house an Uzi sub, but what makes you think any reasonable attempt at doing this with live humans in a film could work? And just what *is* your definition of physical beauty in a woman, hmmmm? ;)

all i'm saying is that when tb came out the advertising was geared to boys who want to watch chicks with big chest jump around. i am not very good at adventure games, but i am the only one who plays resident evil in my house. :D

what do you guys think of milla jovonich playing in the resident evil movie?

She's cute :) I think she's better play the part for Parasite Eve (I never played this 3rd person perspective thingy but I really like Parasite Eves poster !)

Also I hope they ain't pick Britney Spears for the part ! :D :D :D

Have you all wonder what if Elisabeth Hurley got the part for Croft ? ;)

@Craig, if you'd stop inhaling that librarian's paste, you'd cease seeing those things. ;)

I'd probably be a charter member of the LC Haters' Club, if I cared. But if boys want to delay the onset of their emotional maturity further by fantasizing on a bit of programming code, who am I to deny them? Besides, it only means the other boys will get to know girls that much easier. Survival of the fittest, and all that. ;)
